Return Process

  Choose between a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for package-free drop-off, then securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as your return has been scanned into the system.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
